Giant portions of delicious Franconian food. The cordon bleu are famous, and I personally recommend Schäufele. The schnitzel really tower above the plate. Prices also fit. The service has the rather bitter Franconian character.

Very, very, very recommendable. Street sales are also just fantastic. Schnitzel and cordon bleu are so delicious that no cowhide can do that. Bringing your own dishes to avoid packaging waste is the icing on the cake. Quite calm and natural.

Home cooking at a good price. If you want to eat hearty, this is the right place. The restaurant is rustic and the garden is really nice to sit in in summer. The current to-go menu is also very good. But be careful: Schnitzel and Cordon Bleu are huge!

Got a runner-up for the family to practice the lockdown. There is a separate edition, you don't even have to go to the restaurant anymore, great! And the food was very good again. Punctuality is very important ... ... but apparently mainly that of the guest. The restaurant was recommended to us, but we absolutely cannot recommend it. We called the Red Lion in the afternoon to order pick-up food for 6:30 p.m. When we arrived in the evening to pick it up, the cook (who is also the owner) yelled at us in the rudest tone that she would wait 15 minutes (we arrived at 18:34) and the food we had ordered no longer the egg. In response to our objection that it was only a few minutes "late" and that it could be said in a more friendly way, we were only yelled at more that the cook had been in the kitchen since early in the morning. You'd think that that's her job, too, but apparently she justified this fact to speak to us in that tone. At 18:41 we left the restaurant again without eating. Apparently nowadays the customer has to plan for any wrongly set clocks from the landlady in order not to have to be yelled at. We will definitely not try to eat there anymore. Very disappointing and bottomlessly outrageous. I would like to specifically exclude the waiters! They were very friendly.

Minutes from the freeway, food like a nut. Here is still down-to-earth and freshly cooked and that with a great price / performance ratio. Simply delicious!

We were there for Christmas for the first time. It was really delicious. The goose was bombastic and looked so great. The schnitzel was huge and really out of the pan, very fine. The potato salad is actually a bit juicier. Still tastes good and homemade, as does the mixed salad. Everyone was extremely nice, we are really happy to have found this pearl. Thank you ?

Inn, excursion restaurant. Food designed for large quantities. Large portions cooked to Hausfrauenart. Roast, regional specialties. Schnitzel a bit too dark. Homemade brawn tastily top. Service friendly, beer fresh. No WLAN. Price / performance adequate.
